I’ve been working out for an hour each day… I have to say, it feels pretty good. Nate and I are going to start jogging a few evenings a week as well as continue biking in the evenings too. get fit!

I’m currently reading Graffiti interviews so I can get a feel for some questions to ask the writers I have been working with. I just wanted to share a quote that I really enjoyed.
“Carnage: Have you ever though of using media other than spray paint and markers and what are your thoughts on people who have utilized other media?
Hert: It really depends. I think if you have real intentions, then they’ll shine through. Generally speaking though I’m not into street art or when graffiti writers try to think outside of the box and just end up doing something corny. People are scared to stick to basics because they know they can’t hang. Street artists get more girls, are commercially successful, and have the attention and support of way more people than graffiti writers do. That’s a fact - my feelings on the matter are another thing.”
I liked this so much because it’s true that street artists are more successful commercially and have more support but I think that’s why I am drawn more to Graffiti than street art because the people who can “stick to the basics” are more admirable to me. I look up to every writer that I have worked with and photographed because they have a passion I haven’t seen in many people.
